Previous experience in financial services, banking, or prepaid card services is a plus but not required.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer support through inbound calls
• Assist with card activation, balances, disputes, and lost or stolen cards
• Support federal benefit recipients with prepaid debit card accounts
• Assist with payroll card issues, fund transfers, and payment solutions
• Adhere to regulations and strict data protection protocols
• Provide accurate and confidential customer support for banking and prepaid card service
